On the afternoon of July 9, at the Memorial Site of General Secretary Nguyen Van Cu (Phu Khe Ward, Tu Son City, Bac Ninh Province), a delegation of officials from Nguyen Van Cu Political School led by Comrade Tran Van Vung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Party Secretary - Principal of the school, offered incense to commemorate General Secretary Nguyen Van Cu on the occasion of the 111th anniversary of his birth (July 9, 1912 - July 9, 2023).

He was an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh, who is considered a symbol of the nation and his hometown Bac Ninh. Throughout his life, he devoted all his heart and sacrifice for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, towards the happiness of the people.
