On the afternoon of May 26, the Hoang Hoa District Military Party Committee held a mid-term review conference on the implementation of the Resolution of the 9th Party Congress, term 2020-2025. Comrade Le Xuan Thu, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Secretary of the District Military Party Committee chaired the conference. Attending the conference were comrades: Nguyen Xuan Toan, Member of the Provincial Military Party Committee Executive Committee, Political Commissar, Provincial Military Command; Le Thanh Hai, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee.

During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee and the District Military Command actively and proactively advised the local Party Committee and authorities to lead, direct and carry out the military and defense tasks of the district armed forces to excellently complete the goals, targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term; the internal political and ideological situation was stable; the staff work and coordination were carried out closely and effectively; the tasks of combat readiness, training, drills, regular building, and discipline enforcement were carried out with quality, depth and substance, and the unit ensured absolute safety. From 2020 to present, the Party Committee has always excellently fulfilled its tasks; the District Military Command has been awarded the Emulation Flag and the title of Determined to Win Unit by the Military Region Command for 3 consecutive years; the Provincial People's Committee awarded the Emulation Flag and Certificate of Merit for national defense and security work; the Ministry of National Defense awarded a Certificate of Merit.

At the conference, delegates focused on clarifying the achieved results; proposing solutions to continue to lead and direct the implementation of political tasks, agency building and Party building work in the remaining half of the term.

Speaking at the conference, the representative of the Provincial Military Command and the Secretary of the District Party Committee and the Secretary of the District Military Party Committee acknowledged the achievements of the District Military Party Committee in the past time. At the same time, they requested the District Military Party Committee to overcome difficulties and limitations; promote the role and responsibility of the Party Committee, commanders, and Party members; prepare forces, means, staff, and organize the effective implementation of military and defense tasks, determined to fulfill the targets and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the 9th District Military Party Congress.
