With more than 20 years of working experience and 15 years of Party membership, Ms. Tran Thi Man - Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front , President of the Women's Union of Dinh My commune is always aware of her pioneering and exemplary role. She not only performs her assigned duties but also takes the initiative in all movements, especially difficult tasks that require perseverance and dedication. She often goes deep into each family to grasp the real situation of people's lives.

Ms. Man does not hesitate to face difficulties in mobilizing and propagating people to change their production mindset, apply science and technology, and transform the structure of crops and livestock. These actions require her to persuade, set an example, and even support people with seeds and breeds. Her pioneering spirit has created trust, helping people to boldly follow suit and gradually escape poverty.

“The biggest difficulty that I and the Women's Union of Dinh My commune have to face is limited resources, while the needs of the people are very great. To implement social security models, we must not only rely on the budget, but also mobilize and call on benefactors.

Turning difficulties into motivation. With perseverance, personal prestige and spirit of serving the people, we have called for 170 million VND to build 5 charity houses, helping 5 poor women's families have a stable place to live.

In addition, the activities of donating and supporting 120 gifts for members in difficult circumstances, 50 gifts for disabled women and more than 300 gifts of necessities every year... are all the results of not only my own efforts but also the collective's," said Ms. Man.

During the COVID-19 outbreak, Ms. Man immediately launched the "Godmother" program to support 5 orphans.

Ms. Man's spirit of volunteering and overcoming difficulties is not only a shining example of party member responsibility but also a clear demonstration of the close relationship between the Party and the People; a dedication to building a better life for the community.

Police officers close to the people

Senior Lieutenant Ngo Hoang Hao - Secretary of the Youth Union of the Provincial Traffic Police Department is one of those people! He not only excellently completes his professional tasks but also always looks towards the community. The work of patrolling, controlling and resolving traffic accidents is inherently dangerous and stressful. He not only simply enforces the law but also directly propagates, mobilizes and raises awareness among the people.

If traffic accident figures are a measure of success in professional work, then volunteer activities are proof of the soldiers' kindness. Senior Lieutenant Ngo Hoang Hao and his teammates sow green seeds of hope. The law propaganda program combined with gift giving to families in difficult circumstances and students who overcome difficulties to study well is a vivid proof.

Typically, on September 20, the Youth Union of the Provincial Traffic Police Department coordinated to organize a program to propagate laws on traffic order and safety, combined with giving gifts to families in difficult circumstances and excellent students in Ha Tien ward.

The program gave away 200 gifts, including 100 for families with special difficulties and 100 for students on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, along with 17 health insurance cards for students of My Duc Primary School. The total value of the gifts was 40 million VND.

Recently, Mr. Hao often combines legal propaganda sessions on traffic order and safety with giving gifts to families in difficult circumstances. According to Senior Lieutenant Ngo Hoang Hao, this activity is a way to effectively implement Directive No. 31/CT-TTg, dated December 21, 2023 of the Prime Minister on strengthening traffic safety for students. Through direct contact and propaganda, he and his teammates contribute to raising awareness of law compliance among people, especially the younger generation.

Mr. Hao's work has become a bridge between the hearts of the police officers and the people. It is not simply a mass mobilization work but also a close bond between the Party and the people, contributing to beautifying the image of the people's police officers who forget themselves for the country and serve the people.
