Evaluate results and promote progress in implementing Project 06

The Provincial People's Committee held a conference to evaluate the results and promote the progress of Project 06. Comrade Pham Dinh Nghi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Project 06 Working Group chaired the conference.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Pham Dinh Nghi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Project 06 Working Group acknowledged and commended the departments, branches and localities for their efforts in completing their tasks, especially the Provincial Police, Department of Health , and Provincial Social Insurance in implementing Project 06. At the same time, he requested agencies, units and localities to continue to identify the implementation of Project 06 as one of the key tasks to be carried out regularly and continuously at all levels, branches and localities, especially the role and responsibility of the heads of agencies and units. Promote propaganda and guidance for people and businesses on the benefits of using chip-embedded Citizen Identification Cards and Level 2 electronic identification, especially the use of online public services. Focus on reviewing to have more administrative procedures to implement online public services in the direction of the whole process. The Provincial Police proactively coordinate with departments, branches, sectors and localities to urge and evaluate the progress of implementing the tasks of Project 06; establish an Inspection Team, guide departments, branches, sectors and localities in implementing the tasks of Project 06, pilot models; direct the District and Commune Police to continue to resolutely implement solutions to ensure that population information data is "correct, sufficient, clean, and alive"; issue Citizen Identification Cards . The Provincial People's Committee Office coordinates with the Provincial Police to monitor and urge departments, branches, sectors and localities to implement the tasks of Project 06; promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct and implement the tasks of Project 06. The Department of Information and Communications urgently builds the IOC Smart Operation Monitoring Center; Complete the connection of the Electronic Data Management Warehouse of organizations and individuals on the Administrative Procedures Information System at the ministerial and provincial levels with the Electronic Data Management Warehouse of organizations and individuals on the National Public Service Portal. The departments and branches that are members of the project working group of 06 provinces focus on implementing the assigned tasks and plans.

In recent times, the Provincial People's Committee, sectors and localities have focused on implementing the tasks of Project 06 and have achieved positive results. In particular, the leadership, direction and issuance of documents have been implemented promptly. The implementation of online public services, especially 25 essential public services, has always been among the top in the country; the result of digitizing online public administrative procedure settlement records has reached nearly 90 % . The banking, healthcare and insurance sectors have well implemented the application of national databases on population, citizen identification, electronic identification and authentication. The implementation of non-cash payments has been promoted. The whole province has deployed 32/46 pilot models under the tasks of Project 06./.
