Principal in Quang Binh demoted for assaulting deputy principal, resulting in hospitalization.

On August 26th, Mr. Dang Dai Tinh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Le Thuy District, Quang Binh Province, announced that the District People's Committee had issued a disciplinary decision against Mr. Phan Anh Tuan, Principal of Ngu Thuy Bac Primary School.

Accordingly, Mr. Tuan was demoted and transferred to the position of Deputy Principal of Phu Thuy Primary School in Le Thuy District.

In addition, the District People's Committee is also reviewing the case to transfer Mr. Le Duc Huan, Deputy Principal of Ngu Thuy Bac Primary School, to another position.

On April 6th, a conflict and argument arose between Mr. Phan Anh Tuan and Mr. Le Duc Huan. The situation escalated when Mr. Tuan struck Mr. Huan in the face, causing injuries that required treatment at Le Thuy District General Hospital.

Subsequently, the Le Thuy District Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to issue a warning to Mr. Phan Anh Tuan - Secretary of the Party Branch and Principal of Ngu Thuy Bac Primary School, and a reprimand to Mr. Le Duc Huan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Deputy Principal of Ngu Thuy Bac Primary School.

The disciplinary decisions against Mr. Phan Anh Tuan and Mr. Le Duc Huan were based on their self-criticism reports and self-assessments of disciplinary measures; after reviewing the content, nature, extent, causes, and consequences of their violations and shortcomings; and also based on the Politburo 's regulations on disciplinary action against violating party organizations and members.
