Today (September 23), speaking with VietNamNet reporter, Ms. Ha Thi Thuy, Vice Principal in charge of Nguyen Cong Tru Primary School, said that the unit has just sent a report to the authorities about the case of teacher NTHN being accused of beating a student.
Nguyen Cong Tru Primary School.
According to this report, on September 8, during class 3A4's activity, teacher NTHN heard classmates say that CB talked and ran around during recess, causing a back injury and not being serious in class.
In a fit of anger and unable to control herself, Ms. N. punished B. with a few lashes in the hope that she would not repeat the offense and would perform her student duties well.
After the incident, Ms. N. wrote a report and submitted it to the school's leadership. At the same time, the school held a meeting to hear a report of the incident.
Ms. N. realized the mistake in handling the student, the school directed the teacher to work and apologize to the student's parents.
Also in this meeting, the school asked Ms. N. to self-examine and learn from her experience.
Talking to VietNamNet reporter, teacher N. also admitted that beating students was inappropriate, but she also felt sorry for her students and was afraid that they would misbehave and cause unfortunate incidents.
Previously, according to the reflection of Ms. CTV (parent of CB, 8 years old, student of Nguyen Cong Tru Primary School), on September 9, while bathing her son, she suddenly discovered bruises on his buttocks. She questioned him, and his son replied that he was beaten by teacher N.
Immediately afterwards, Ms. V. talked to Ms. N. and she admitted to the incident of beating CB.
Ms. V. also informed that in the meeting with the participation of more than 40 parents, Ms. N. admitted her mistake in beating the student. However, Ms. N. said that Ms. V. was a single mother, so why didn't she sacrifice staying home to raise her children and go to work far away?
According to Ms. V., these words of teacher N. hurt and lowered her honor.
