Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Minh Ngoc, Head of the Department of Valuation - Real Estate Business, University of Finance and Marketing, Ho Chi Minh City, graduated from the University of Real Estate Economics in Warsaw, Poland. With 24 years of experience in real estate investment, 17 years of experience in researching freshwater island business models in Vietnam and around the world, he is one of the leading experts in Vietnam in researching, investing and developing real estate business models in large lake areas. He has written about 120 scientific articles, including many studies on the real estate sector, published in Vietnamese and international scientific journals; is the editor and co-author of 10 economic books and training textbooks on real estate for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
In addition, the training course "Real estate valuation for investment activities" also has the participation of Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Quang Tuyen, Vice Chairman of the Council, Head of the Faculty of Economic Law, Hanoi Law University. He is also the author of many books on real estate law and a senior expert of the Vietnam Real Estate Association.
According to Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Minh Ngoc, currently some valuation organizations are still unprofessional due to two reasons. The first reason is the leniency of the market, the leniency of customers in using valuation services, which leads to the leniency of those providing these services. The second reason is that the general capacity of most real estate valuation training organizations is still weak because they have not been expanded in number and have not been empowered.
