During the April 30th and May 1st holidays, tourist destinations such as Tam Dao, Tay Thien, and Hung Temple (Phu Tho province) welcomed tens of thousands of visitors. Tam Dao commune alone recorded 28,316 visitors.

Reporters from the Industry and Trade Newspaper observed that from the very first day of the holiday, parking lots, hotels, and restaurants in Tam Dao were almost fully booked. At times, traffic on the road to Tam Dao was congested for up to two hours. Authorities had to be on duty to direct traffic and ensure safety for the influx of people.

Tourist Nguyen Ngoc Nga ( Quang Tri province) shared: "This is our first time visiting Phu Tho, and my family has experienced many impressive tourist attractions. Especially during the 4-day holiday, we visited and learned about the historical Hung Temple, paying tribute to the merits of our ancestors, and explored Tam Dao tourist area, a world-class destination. Many agricultural products and OCOP (One Commune One Product) products here are quite attractive, high-quality, and reflect the unique identity of the ancestral homeland."

According to statistics from the Tam Dao Commune People's Committee, there were approximately 28,316 tourists visiting the area, including 27,423 in the Tam Dao tourist area and 893 in the Tam Dao golf course. Many hotels and restaurants no longer have accommodation or service options for tourists. However, most ensured civilized and safe service, selling at the listed prices and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
