Bringing Dong Nai brand to the capital

At the closing ceremony of the fair, Dong Nai province's economic exhibition area was honored by the Organizing Committee as one of the top 30 typical exhibition spaces. This is the province's main booth, built on an area of ​​200m2, with the theme of Dong Nai integration and development, introducing the province's economic strengths in the fields of industrial production, agriculture, trade, services, etc.

In the tourism sector, Dong Nai also has booths introducing destinations, special tours and stimulus programs from tourism businesses to attract visitors.

Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Province Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center (abbreviated as the Provincial Investment Promotion Center) Tran Thi Thu Trang said: Dong Nai's tourism booth was implemented with the theme of Green Dong Nai - a complete journey attracting a large number of tourists to visit and experience destinations through virtual reality tourism products.

In addition, Dong Nai’s participation in tourism promotion will be an opportunity for tourism enterprises to introduce their own products. This will create conditions for the province’s units and enterprises to introduce tourism products, scenic spots, potentials and strengths of local tourism to domestic and foreign tourists. At the same time, it will help tourism enterprises introduce and sell tourism products and services, contributing to promoting and stimulating local tourism.

Mr. Tran Quoc Hung (residing in Lang ward, Hanoi city) shared: He was very impressed with the tourism products of Dong Nai province, especially when experiencing the 3D tourism space of Tran Bien Temple of Literature, Nhon Trach tunnels... Dong Nai's fried sticky rice dish was recognized by the Asian Record Organization as an Asian delicacy in 2023. The main ingredients to make fried sticky rice are sticky rice, sugar and cooking oil. To make fried sticky rice, in addition to preparing the ingredients, the chef must have a training process to have skillful hands in the process of frying sticky rice to be able to create fried sticky rice cakes that meet the standards of thin, crispy and delicious.

At the Autumn Food Festival of the Autumn Fair, the dish of vermicelli with bamboo shoots and leaf-shaped fish made from main ingredients from Dong Nai including: catfish, bamboo shoots, and leaf-shaped fish is also of interest to tourists. This dish has a unique combination of the sweetness of the broth and the fragrant, non-fishy taste of catfish mixed with the slightly astringent taste of bamboo shoots that have been delicately processed.
