On the afternoon of July 1, the V.League Awards 2024-2025 ceremony took place in Hanoi . Striker Alan - who contributed 14 goals for Hanoi Police - was the owner of the V.League Best Player award. He and Lucao (Hai Phong) also won the V.League Top Scorer title.
Alan is considered a successful contract of Hanoi Police before the 2024-2025 season. They recruited Alan from Binh Dinh. In the 2023-2024 season, the player had 22 appearances, scored 17 goals and was only behind the top scorer Rafaelson (now Nguyen Xuan Son).
Right at the beginning of the season, coach Polking had comments for Alan: “Alan is a different type of player, Leo Artur can play as a false striker, but when Alan comes back, we can play in more styles. Alan comes back, scores goals and makes it easier for us to play.”

Not only Alan, Leo Artur is also a striker who was successfully recruited by Hanoi Police from Binh Dinh. This pair created great strength for Hanoi Police's attack, helping the team achieve success.
Leo Artur was awarded the Southeast Asian Cup Champions League Top Scorer award. He was absent from the semi-finals of the tournament, otherwise his scoring tally would have increased.
Before Leo Artur was injured in March 2025, he had played 21 matches in all competitions for Hanoi Police. This striker scored 12 goals and contributed 11 assists for the Hang Day team.
In the recent National Cup final, Alan also contributed to Hanoi Police's victory over Song Lam Nghe An.
