The abandoned items included cash (total value up to 420 million VND), 49 electronic devices, 25 passports, many personal documents and valuable jewelry.

Among them, the case of a female passenger on train SE6 who left her handbag containing nearly 100 million VND when getting off at Da Nang station on May 14 is a special situation. Thanks to the timely discovery and responsibility of the train crew, all the property was returned intact to the owner. Not only dedicated to domestic passengers, many international tourists traveling by train in Vietnam have also been enthusiastically supported when they forgot their wallets, passports, laptops, cameras and other important personal documents. These kind acts have left a good impression on international friends, contributing to improving the image of Vietnamese railway staff in particular and Vietnamese people in general.

A notable highlight is that all of the above assets were recorded by the working groups on the train, handed over to passengers or transferred to the main stations to return to the owners, and no cases of loss or negativity were recorded in the process of handling the abandoned assets. This is a clear demonstration of the sense of responsibility and professional ethics of the railway attendants.

On July 2, the SE5 train crew continued to spread the noble gesture when returning more than 4 million VND in cash to a female passenger who left it on the train. The action was simple but heartwarming, especially in the context of many difficulties in life, the flight attendants' income was not high, but they still chose to maintain their personality and honesty, spreading faith in life through their own kind actions, contributing to building the image of a civilized, professional and responsible transportation industry, demonstrating a pioneering and connecting role so that the train is not only a journey to the destination, but also a place to inspire and spread positive life values.
