Auction of 3 sand mines to supply Ring Road 3, Ho Chi Minh City

These three sand mines will be auctioned on October 24 and exploited in December 2024.

That is the sand mine in Quoi Son commune on Tien river, more than 1 million m3, starting price more than 6.4 billion VND.

An Duc - An Hoa Tay mine on Ham Luong river in Ba Tri district with reserves of over 1.6 million m3, starting price of 9.6 billion VND.

Three sand mines in Ben Tre province will be auctioned on October 24.

An Hiep - An Ngai Tay sand mine on Ham Luong river, Ba Tri district, has reserves of about 1.4 million m3, starting price 8.3 billion dong

The total reserve of the above mines is 4 million m3, of which 2 million m3 serves the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project, the rest is for key projects of Ben Tre province.

According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Ben Tre province was assigned by the Government to supply 7.37 million m3 of sand for key traffic projects in the southern provinces, including: Can Tho - Ca Mau expressway 2 million m3, component project 3 of Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang expressway project 3.37 million m3, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project 2 million m3.
