Son Vu 68 Trading and Service Co., Ltd., located at 8/37 Han Mac Tu Street, Truong Thi Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province, won the auction for a land mine in Thanh Tam Commune, Thach Thanh District, with a mine area of 9.31 hectares. The winning bid was 4,775,618,000 VND.
Son Lam Binh An Phat Co., Ltd., located at Lot 2.3, BTM1 Commercial, Service and Residential Area, Dong Huong Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province, has won the auction for a land mine in Tuong Linh Commune, Nong Cong District, with a mine area of 32.03 hectares. The winning bid was 26,173,257,000 VND.
Lam Minh Construction Development Investment Co., Ltd., located at 39B Ngo Thang, Tho Hac Street, Dong Tho Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province, has won the auction for a land mine in Tuong Son Commune, Nong Cong District, with a mine area of 6.0 hectares. The winning bid was 6,844,756,715 VND.
Truong Tuan One-Member Limited Company, located in Zone 1, Quan Lao Town, Yen Dinh District, Thanh Hoa Province, won the auction for a land mine in Vinh Hoa Commune, Vinh Loc District, with a mine area of 8.0 hectares. The winning bid price was R = 4.5%.
Truong Phat Investment and Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company, located at 191-193 Le Hoan Street, Lam Son Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province, has won the auction for a limestone quarry in Ha Son Commune, Ha Trung District, with a quarry area of 9.41 hectares. The winning bid was R = 4.5%.
Businesses that win the auction for mineral exploitation rights must pay the winning bid amount for the mining rights in the designated area according to the correct procedures and with full legal basis approved by the competent authority before commencing exploitation.
The successful auction of mining rights for the six aforementioned soil and sand mines in Thanh Hoa province will contribute to meeting the demand for construction materials for projects in the province.
