
Mr. Do Tran Anh, Deputy Director of Lang Son Telecommunications, said: VNPT Lang Son is providing a comprehensive digital transformation solution ecosystem, covering areas from digital infrastructure, digital government, digital economy , digital society to digital data and information security. In the past time, we have coordinated with agencies and units in the province to consult, develop plans and deploy digital transformation solutions. When the province deployed the two-level local government model, we proactively built a transmission infrastructure system, secured information, and ensured that the systems operate safely, synchronously and effectively.
Currently, VNPT Lang Son has about 100 highly qualified staff and engineers, capable of implementing digital transformation projects in the province. In the process of developing software and digital applications, this team undertakes the entire process from surveying, analyzing requirements, designing, programming to testing, testing, deployment and maintenance. Before starting the project, VNPT Lang Son conducts surveys and research on the needs and desires of the agencies and units using it; after completing the overall architectural design, interface, functions, and operating methods, it begins programming, testing, testing and perfecting the system, ensuring the product operates stably and safely. During the implementation process, VNPT Lang Son always coordinates closely with departments and branches, closely following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, organizing many working sessions and seminars to unify requirements and operating procedures, and at the same time training and guiding users.
Ms. Mong Huyen Trang, Business Center Engineer, VNPT Lang Son said: When assigned to deploy a new software, we start by surveying the actual situation, coordinating with departments and branches to build and perfect the business process. Before putting into operation, each software is tested, technically checked, and adjusted according to feedback from the user unit. During the operation, we continue to research and adjust to make the software more and more friendly, easy to use and bring practical results.
Thanks to its scientific and flexible approach, VNPT Lang Son has put many software and applications into practice, bringing practical results. From 2022 to now, the unit has put into use about 20 digital software and applications, contributing to promoting the digital transformation process in the province. Typical examples include: Digital border gate platform, electronic One-stop service (VNPT-iGate); Electronic Office software (iOffice); online television system and software for Civil servant management, Land management, Enterprise management, Hospital management, Electronic health records, Electronic medical records, Electronic transcripts, etc.
Mr. Nguyen Van Bach, Deputy Director of Khanh Khe Commune Public Administration Service Center shared: After implementing the two-level local government model, I was assigned to work at the Commune Public Administration Service Center. Initially, when approaching and using the Electronic Office Software (VNPT-iOffice), Lang Son Provincial Public Service Portal, I was very confused. Thanks to the direct and online 24/7 guidance from VNPT Lang Son officers and employees, I quickly mastered the use, quickly became familiar with the work, and accelerated the progress of administrative procedures for the people.
From 2021 to present, VNPT Lang Son has made many contributions to the development of digital government, digital economy and digital society. The administrative procedure settlement system deployed by VNPT has been operating stably with more than 1,700 online public services. From the beginning of 2025 to present, the whole province has received more than 73,000 dossiers, of which nearly 90% were submitted online. The VNPT-iOffice document management and operation system has been widely used in state agencies, with 100% of documents digitally signed and circulated with more than 92,000 outgoing documents and 650,000 incoming documents. The province has also connected 44 information systems and databases with ministries, branches and localities. In particular, the digital border gate model has been effective, helping businesses shorten customs clearance time. In the field of digital economy and digital society, 100% of medical and educational facilities implement cashless payments; schools can conduct online teaching and have digital learning materials; more than 95% of people have electronic health records, 100% of provincial hospitals can connect for remote medical examination and treatment, medical examination and treatment using CCCD and VNeID, and electronic prescriptions.
In 2022, the Digital Border Gate Platform co-developed by VNPT was honored at the Viet Solutions Award in the category of Outstanding Digital Transformation Problems and Solutions for Localities. In 2025, the Enterprise Management software also won the Vietnam Digital Transformation Award 2025 in the category of Outstanding Digital Transformation State Agencies. From the above results, it can be affirmed that VNPT Lang Son has a leading role in the digital transformation process in the province. In the coming time, the unit will continue to develop digital applications and digital platforms to contribute to improving the effectiveness of digital transformation in the province.
