On October 16, the People's Committee of Vung Tau Ward (HCMC) held a conference to collect community opinions on the project of the Commercial Complex, Financial Conference Center and Tourist Apartment Tung My - Vung Tau.
The project is located at 2 Le Hong Phong (Vung Tau ward, right at the roundabout of Vung Tau Martyrs Monument), on a land area of 6,789 m².
According to the adjusted planning, the land is identified as mixed service - tourism land, maximum construction density of 40%, land use coefficient of 18 times, maximum height of 50 floors (about 199m). This will be an architectural - tourism highlight in the central area of Vung Tau.

The project is expected to provide 1,925 hotel rooms and tourist apartments, including 250 hotel rooms and 1,675 resort apartments, serving about 3,500 guests. The rest includes commercial areas, utility services, a conference center and green areas - internal traffic.

The investor said that if everything goes according to plan, in 2025, related procedures and construction permits will be completed, in 2026, investment procedures will be carried out and technical infrastructure will be completed, from 2027, construction will begin and by December 2030, it is expected to be completed and put into operation.
Upon completion, the project will contribute to improving urban aesthetics; meeting the tourism and resort needs of visitors; and contributing to local urban development.

According to the People's Committee of Vung Tau Ward, after reviewing the land area for the above project, it meets the conditions for establishing and approving the master plan. Therefore, the locality has organized to collect opinions from the relevant community; collect opinions from the Department of Planning and Architecture, the Department of Construction, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City to contribute ideas and provide guidance on related contents.
