The project has an investment scale including: The route has the starting point intersecting with the Western beltway (phase 1), the end point intersecting with the southern branch line of Hai Van - Tuy Loan tunnel with a total route length of about 6.19 km.
The basic route complies with the content of the adjusted master plan of Da Nang city to 2030, with a vision to 2045 approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 359/QD-TTg dated March 15, 2021, with local adjustments in some locations to ensure the protection corridor of Hoa Trung Lake as well as minimize the impact on the current terrain and the operation of Da Nang High-Tech Park.
Regarding the scale of the secondary main street, it includes 4 lanes for motor vehicles, the roadbed width Bn=29.0m (a 9.0m median strip is arranged to ensure enough roadbed width for 6 lanes according to future planning.
Construct 6 bridge projects with a completed scale of 06 lanes with a total expected length of about 1.95 km, including 2 road overpasses, 1 flood drainage bridge across the downstream of Hoa Trung lake discharge gate and 3 terrain overpasses.
Invest in completing the drainage system, lighting and other related items. The project will be implemented from 2025-2028. In which, from 2025-2026 is the project preparation period, from 2026-2028 is the project implementation period.
