Speed ​​up investment and construction progress of industrial parks in Lap Thach and Song Lo districts

According to the Vinh Phuc Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister, in Lap Thach district, there are 5 planned industrial parks with a total area of ​​nearly 932 hectares. Up to now, 1 industrial park has been established, 4 industrial parks have not been established, of which 3 industrial parks are organizing the establishment of construction zoning plans.

For the established industrial park, Thai Hoa - Lien Son - Lien Hoa Industrial Park (area II, phase I) invested by Amane Investment Joint Stock Company, the Provincial People's Committee has handed over 132.1/145.2 hectares of land to the investor. Up to now, the industrial park has had 3 secondary enterprises in operation.

In Song Lo, the district is planned to have 3 industrial parks with a total area of ​​over 602 hectares, of which 2 industrial parks have been established: Song Lo I Industrial Park and Song Lo II Industrial Park. Currently, Song Lo I Industrial Park has not been allocated land, Song Lo II Industrial Park has been allocated 152.7/165.6 hectares, the investor is implementing construction.

According to reports from Lap Thach and Song Lo districts and investors of industrial park projects in the area, the investment and construction process of industrial parks encountered difficulties and obstacles in compensation and site clearance because households did not agree with the State's compensation price; some households illegally established assets on forest land and did not cooperate in the inventory work. In addition, most projects lacked leveled land, making it difficult to implement the construction of compensation works such as roads, cemetery infrastructure, resettlement infrastructure, etc.

At the meeting, the investors of industrial park infrastructure requested the province to pay attention and remove difficulties in compensation and site clearance, and requested an extension for the construction of industrial park infrastructure...

After listening to the report and inspecting the field situation of investment and construction of industrial parks in Lap Thach and Song Lo districts, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong emphasized the important significance of industrial parks for socio-economic development. Regarding Lap Thach district, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the district to continue to remove difficulties, complete compensation and site clearance for the remaining area of ​​Thai Hoa - Lien Son - Lien Hoa Industrial Park (area II, phase I) before June 30, 2025.

For Song Lo district, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the district to focus on site clearance and resettlement for Song Lo I Industrial Park to be completed by December 2025 at the latest, striving to complete infrastructure construction and put it into operation in the first quarter of 2026; complete procedures related to resettlement and construction of a cemetery to serve the site clearance for Song Lo II Industrial Park before December 2025.

Regarding the planning of industrial parks, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong requested relevant departments and branches to focus on speeding up the implementation progress. Regarding the contents related to determining specific land prices for each project, planning costs, land use auctions, procedures related to land leveling, etc., Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong assigned relevant departments and branches to coordinate with Lap Thach district and Song Lo district to focus on removing obstacles to speed up the progress of compensation and site clearance, promptly reporting to the Provincial People's Committee.
