The first night of the recent "Ho Do Inspiration" was a youthful musical program. The program also had a harmonious blend of contemporary folk music and international musical elements.

Most of the contestants participating in the "Ho Do Inspiration" contest are in their twenties. On the way to conquer the audience, they have many ambitions, have the opportunity to meet each other to create and bring Vietnamese music to the world.
In the first part of the "Ho Do Inspiration" competition night, the bands 2!MUCH, Dau Van Tay, The 13th... brought the audience explosive moments through many modern music genres such as: Indie rock, Alternative rock, Pop rock, Pop punk.
Although the songs of these groups are composed on the basis of melodies with many international inspirations, they all use 100% Vietnamese lyrics. The content is about stories and everyday moments, aiming to reach young audiences more easily. The smooth combination of live band (live music) with the unique voice of each group's main singer spread the music to the audience present at the program.
Da LAB, Chillies, The Cassette, Ngọt Band, Cá Hồi Hoang, 7 UPPERCUTS are all familiar groups to the audience. The performances of these groups always create excitement for the listeners, bringing the audience to many emotional levels.
The songs of these groups are of many genres and styles. Among them, R&B and disco are popular, following the world music trend. The rock music genre has the return of the veteran band Buc Tuong after 2 years of absence with the album "Balance"...
It is not easy to be accepted.
The singing group model is not unfamiliar to Vietnamese audiences. In the past golden age, many people still remember groups such as 1088, AXN, The Men, May Trang, Mat Ngoc...
Later, when the activities of many singing groups were managed by entertainment companies, many young groups such as 365daband, V Music, Uni5, Monstar... emerged. Insiders said that to be recognized by the audience, it requires the singing group members and the management company to make a lot of effort.
In fact, right from the first days of its establishment, the rookie singing group FOR7 encountered many difficulties when being criticized by the online community for imitating the Kpop group GOT7. The group GSO48 was also considered "not promising" right after its debut, despite receiving a large investment.
Recently, when releasing a new product, the band 7 UPPERCUTS admitted: "We struggled because we didn't know how to introduce our music products to the audience." Perhaps that is also the common situation of many singing groups and bands if they are only good at their profession and don't know how to promote their products.
Not to mention, many singing groups often do not have a team to build strategies and promote support like singers. Even veteran singing groups like MTV face many difficulties. If there was not a consensus and a big enough love for music, MTV would probably have disbanded.
