With 6 Party branches and 87 Party members, the company's Party Committee has issued strict operating regulations, clearly defining the functions and tasks of each department. Thanks to maintaining regular activities and close contact with the grassroots, the unit has been able to promptly resolve emerging difficulties. As a result, in 2025, the total value of the unit's work is estimated to reach 248.4 billion VND (113.7% of the plan), exceeding its state budget obligations by 13.8%.

The Party Committee of Quang Binh Irrigation Works Exploitation Company Limited currently has 160 Party members, organized into 8 branches. Since the beginning of 2026, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the company have focused on leading the branches to closely adhere to key political tasks, ensuring the safe operation of the irrigation system to serve agricultural production and provide a stable water supply.

Accordingly, the unit has completed the assignment of production targets to each department, implemented maintenance and repair of pumping stations and reservoirs on schedule, and ensured timely service for the 2025-2026 winter-spring crop. As a result, in the first quarter of 2026, the total irrigated area of ​​the system reached 15,937 hectares, completing 100% of the set plan; the raw water supply output exceeded 3.9 million cubic meters.

From July 1, 2025, following the formation of the new Quang Tri province from the merger, along with focusing on leading the implementation of the two-tiered local government model and streamlining the operational apparatus for efficiency and effectiveness, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Party committees at all levels have paid special attention to consolidating and strengthening Party organizations in private economic sectors. Party organizations in enterprises have been reviewed and reorganized according to the new administrative units and placed under the direct control of the Party committees of communes and wards to ensure uniformity in management, activities, and Party member development.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Nam Dong Ha Ward, Le Vinh Hue, shared: “We have determined that for Party organizations in enterprises to operate effectively, they must strongly innovate the content and methods of operation in a flexible manner, closely linked to production and business tasks. It can be affirmed that, regardless of the type of economic activity, Party organizations within enterprises always effectively play their role as the political nucleus, mobilizing workers to strictly abide by the law and strive to fulfill production plans.

In the coming period, to further enhance the effectiveness of Party organizations in enterprises, it is necessary to continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of their activities to suit the specific production and business characteristics of each unit and enterprise. Promoting the application of information technology in Party member management and reforming personnel work, focusing on training Party committee members with strong political acumen and professional expertise, is an urgent requirement. Only then will Party organizations in enterprises truly be a solid foundation, accompanying the development and growth of the business community in the area.
