Proposal to add 3 more industrial parks to the planning

According to the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, in the Dak Lak Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, the locality proposed to add 3 more industrial parks (IPs), with a total area of ​​1,180 hectares.

Specifically, the proposed industrial zones to be included in the planning include: industrial zones in M'Drắk district (area of ​​300 hectares), industrial zones in Ea Kar district (480 hectares) and industrial zones in Ea H'leo district (400 hectares). These industrial zones are expected to be implemented after 2030.

There is currently one operating industrial park in the province, Hoa Phu Industrial Park (Hoa Phu Commune, Buon Ma Thuot City), with an area of ​​180 hectares ( the Government has agreed to expand by 150 hectares).

There are currently 60 projects registered to invest in this industrial park, with a total registered investment capital of 6,032 billion VND. In addition, Phu Xuan Industrial Park (Ea Drong commune, Cu M'gar district) has been added to the Vietnam Industrial Park Development Plan, with a scale of 325.6 hectares.
