Proposing solutions to improve labor productivity to contribute to building the material and spiritual foundation for building Socialism in Hai Phong city

On the morning of August 26, the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) of Hai Phong city organized a selection advisory council to carry out the city-level S&T task: "Proposing solutions to improve labor productivity to contribute to building the material and spiritual foundation for building socialism in Hai Phong city".

The unit with valid documents registered to host the implementation is To Hieu Political School. Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Pham Thi Sen Quynh chaired the Conference.

At the Conference, representatives of To Hieu Political School presented the following contents: Overview of research; scope, objects and research methods; theoretical basis of labor productivity, on building socialism, labor productivity experience contributing to building socialism in some provinces and cities; current situation of improving labor productivity to create material and spiritual foundation for building socialism in Hai Phong city in the period of 2020 - 2025; forecast and solutions to improve labor productivity to create material and spiritual premise in Hai Phong city until 2030 and orientation to 2045.

The Council members discussed and gave important comments to help the research team complete the topic. Specifically: clarifying the objectives, content and data system of the research; supplementing scientific works each year; focusing on in-depth analysis of labor resources, especially in the business sector; expanding the participation of experts, state management agencies, and research institutes; supplementing survey forms to increase the practicality of the topic...

At the end of the Conference, the Advisory Council unanimously approved the topic and requested the host unit to seriously absorb all comments, edit and complete the dossier according to regulations./.
