This year, Army Officer School 1 enrolls 490 students according to 3 admission methods:

• Method 1: Direct admission, priority given to candidates who have won national and international awards:
• Method 2: Based on the competency assessment test scores organized by two national universities
• Method 3: Consider high school graduation exam scores.

Army Officer School 1 recruits based on the following combinations: A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry) and A01 (Math, Physics, English). In addition, some majors may recruit with the additional combination C01 (Math, Physics, Literature).

This year, Army Officer School 2 - Nguyen Hue University enrolls 493 students according to 3 admission methods:

• Method 1: Direct admission, priority admission according to university admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training , regulations of the Ministry of National Defense.
• Method 2: Admission based on the results of the competency assessment exam organized by Vietnam National University (VNU) Hanoi and Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City in 2025.
• Method 3: Admission based on the results of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

Candidates are eligible to apply for all admission methods.

The school's Army Command and Staff Officer training program at the platoon level recruits students based on the admission combination A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry), A01 (Math, Physics, English), C01 (Math, Literature, Physics).

The basic military industry recruits students according to the C00 exam combination (Literature, History, Geography).
