The emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization", building "Good mass mobilization units" in the period of 2021-2025 in the provincial military has been thoroughly grasped, implemented seriously, synchronously, comprehensively, effectively, closely following the tasks and capabilities of each agency and unit, in accordance with local realities, creating positive changes, contributing to strengthening the relationship of military-civilian solidarity, promoting the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period, contributing to stabilizing political security, social order and safety, eliminating hunger, reducing poverty, developing the local economy, building "people's hearts and minds", the national defense posture associated with the people's security posture, building a solid provincial and district defense area.

Dien Bien Provincial Military Command awarded prizes to collectives and individuals.

In the coming time, the Dien Bien Provincial Military Command will continue to strengthen the leadership of Party committees and commanders at all levels in mass mobilization work; continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (Term XII) on Party building, promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle according to Directive No. 05 of the Politburo; continue to direct and coordinate to improve the quality of activities of military party cells in communes and wards in conjunction with the work of developing party members; coordinate with other forces to grasp the local political security situation, proactively advise local party committees and authorities to promptly handle incidents, and avoid being passive and surprised.

At the conference, the Dien Bien Provincial Military Command awarded awards to 4 collectives and 14 individuals with high achievements in the 2021-2025 period.
