In the coming time, the Dien Bien Provincial Military Command will continue to strengthen the leadership of Party committees and commanders at all levels in mass mobilization work; continue to thoroughly grasp and implement the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (12th Term) on Party building, promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle according to Directive No. 05 of the Politburo; continue to direct and coordinate to improve the quality of activities of military party cells in communes and wards associated with the work of developing party members; coordinate with forces to firmly grasp the local political security situation, proactively advise local party committees and authorities to promptly handle incidents, and avoid being passive and surprised.
