Following instructions from the Department of Health, the centers will prioritize examinations for the elderly (60 years and older), the poor, the near-poor, those who have rendered meritorious service to the revolution, people with disabilities, and those who are not covered by health insurance.
The centers provide free medical check-ups for the public on Saturdays, ensuring at least two days per month.

According to Mr. Pham Giang Nam, Director of the Dien Bien Department of Health, the free health check-up and consultation includes: clinical examination, ultrasound, electrocardiogram, health assessment, health advice, and nutritional advice.
