In his message to the forum, Politburo member and Head of the Central Organization Department Nguyen Duy Ngoc pointed out bottlenecks while emphasizing solutions to create a digital space. Accordingly, leaders of localities, ministries, and sectors should proactively monitor the situation, decisively remove obstacles for businesses, and strengthen regional linkages to create a space for digital development. The technology business community should continuously innovate, create substantive technological products, and contribute to national growth.

At the event, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Bui Hoang Phuong urged ministries and agencies to proactively identify the real problems and difficulties faced by people and businesses, and propose breakthrough solutions and methods using digital technology to effectively address these issues.

Representatives from IBM Vietnam introduced a data architecture to help businesses solve their data fragmentation problems using the "Open Lakehouse" model. Representing the organizing unit, Mr. Ngo Dien Hy, Vice Chairman of VINASA and Deputy General Director of VNPT Group, proposed focusing resources on research and development (R&D) to seize new development spaces. Simultaneously, he suggested proactively entering fields such as robotics and low-level economics to explore new development opportunities. He also proposed activating a "democratization of technology" campaign by packaging the most complex and sophisticated technologies into streamlined AI solution ecosystems with minimal costs, serving millions of small businesses and individual entrepreneurs.
