General Director Ngo Tan Cu requested that the entire system maintain safety and discipline, absolutely avoid complacency, and not prioritize progress over electrical safety.
Power companies in the Central Highlands and Khanh Hoa provinces have been instructed to implement the "four on-site" plan, ready to provide support to affected units. EVNCPC also directed hydropower plants managed and operated by the Central Power Service Company and Power Investment Joint Stock Company 3 to strictly adhere to dam safety procedures, reinforce vulnerable points, and promptly address landslide areas to ensure safe operation.
The General Director of EVNCPC emphasized: "This phase is not just about overcoming challenges, but about fighting. The entire force must be disciplined, orderly, technically proficient, timely, and resilient."
