The People's Committee of the city has just issued a decision to transfer the responsibilities of the project investors for many projects in the city.

Accordingly, the responsibility for the investment of 5 projects has been transferred from the communes and wards to the City's Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Transportation and Agricultural Works. Specifically, the 5 projects include: Chau Hiep Resettlement Area (Phase 1) in Nam Phuoc commune; DH7 road and bridge over Vinh Dien river; Binh Sa bridge to Binh Hai (Tay Giang bridge); Bach Dang road and technical infrastructure of the residential area west of Bach Dang road in Tam Ky city; and Ban Thach riverside landscape park in Tam Ky city.

In addition, the responsibility for the project to establish regulations for urban architectural management in Tam Ky city, former Quang Nam province, and the list of valuable architectural works in Tam Ky city has been transferred from the People's Committee of Ban Thach ward to the Department of Construction.

The project management responsibilities for Tuan Dat Garment Company have been transferred from the People's Committee of Thanh Binh Commune to the People's Committee of Tien Phuoc Commune.
