This year's national concert "Dieu con mai" takes place on the occasion of the country celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2. This is also the first year that VietNamNet Newspaper is under the Ministry of Ethnicity and Religion and " Dieu con mai" takes place at the Ho Guom Theater instead of the Opera House as usual.
