On May 16, Ha Giang Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, the leader of the Organization and Personnel Department of Ha Giang Provincial Police announced the decision to accept Mr. Luc The Hung, Secretary of Bac Quang District Party Committee (Ha Giang), to hold the position of Deputy Director of Ha Giang Provincial Police.

On the same day, Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to receive and appoint Mr. Mai Manh Toan as Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.

Accordingly, Mr. Mai Manh Toan, Director of the Provincial Market Management Department, was accepted and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, with a term of office of 5 years, starting from May 16, 2025.

At the ceremony, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Ha congratulated Mr. Mai Manh Toan on being appointed as Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.

On the afternoon of May 13, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee held a ceremony to present the decision on personnel. At the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Xuan Cuong presented the decision of the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Tran Quang Lam, Director of the Department of Transport and Public Works, as Deputy Director of the Department of Construction. The term of office is 5 years.

Mr. Tran Quang Lam was also assigned the position of Director of the Department of Construction of Ho Chi Minh City until the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City appoints the Director of the Department of Construction.

At the decision-making ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Bac Nam, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Home Affairs, announced the decision to appoint 6 Deputy Directors of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Agriculture and Environment, including Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoang, Mr. Nguyen Minh Nhut, Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoai Phu, Mr. Huynh Van Thanh, Mr. Duong Duc Trong, and Mr. Vo Trung Truc. The Deputy Directors of the Department will hold office for 5 years, starting from May 1, 2025.
