Ms. Dinh Thi Thu was born in 1972, hometown Hanoi. Professional qualifications: Bachelor of Law, Construction Economics Engineer, Senior in Political Theory.
Ms. Thu has worked at the Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate since 1995, holding the following positions: Deputy Head of Inspection, Complaints and Denunciations Department No. 1; Deputy Head of Legal Department; Head of Inspection, Complaints and Denunciations Department No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4, before being appointed as Deputy Chief Inspector of Ho Chi Minh City.

On March 21, the Minister of Education and Training signed a decision on personnel work at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education. Accordingly, the Ministry of Education and Training recognized Dr. Truong Thi Hien - Party Committee Secretary, Vice Principal to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Council of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education for the 2020-2025 term.

Dr. Truong Thi Hien, born in 1979, used to hold the position of Head of Planning and Finance Department. In 2015, Ms. Hien was appointed as Vice Principal, the first female and youngest vice principal of the school in the past 62 years.
Previously, at the end of 2021, the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education met and voted to allow the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Ngo Van Thuyen, to resign from this position. Since then, the school has been without a Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh is in charge of running the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee.
On March 20, the Politburo assigned Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Binh Thuan province to take charge of and direct the work and activities of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee until the position of Provincial Party Secretary is completed.
