According to The Hill, on August 20, President Trump asked Fed Governor Lisa Cook to resign, after she was accused of mortgage fraud. "I have no intention of resigning because of questions raised on social media. I will take seriously any questions about my financial history as a Fed member. Ms. Cook, born in 1964, graduated with a BA in Physics and Philosophy from Spelman College in 1986. She went on to receive a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from St Hilda's College, Oxford University in the UK in 1988.
