Investigation into two traffic accidents in Hai Phong.

The Traffic Police Department (Hai Phong City Police) is currently investigating and resolving two recent road traffic accidents.

The Traffic Police Department of Hai Phong City Police requests that witnesses to the accident contact Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 at 5 Mac Thai To Street, Dong Hai Ward to provide information.

The first incident occurred at 5:22 AM on February 4th at the gate of the Pan Hai An JVC container yard, located in the Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park (Dong Hai Ward, Hai Phong). A tractor-trailer truck, license plate 15F-017.96, towing trailer 15R-019.82, driven by Ngo Van Quyet (born in 1994, residing in Cau Tra Hamlet, Phu Xuyen Commune, Thai Nguyen Province), traveling from the Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park towards the Pan Hai An JVC container yard, collided with a motorcycle, license plate 15K1-444.58, driven by Vu Van Kinh (born in 1977, residing in An Cau Village, Vinh Thuan Commune, Hai Phong), traveling in the same direction.

As a result, Mr. Vu Van Kinh was injured and taken to the Vietnam-Tiep Friendship Hospital in Hai Phong for emergency treatment; both vehicles were damaged.

The second incident occurred at 11:48 AM on February 3rd in front of house number 1291 on Ngo Gia Tu Street, Hai An Ward (Hai Phong). A motorcycle with license plate 15B3-498.73, driven by AKRAMOV MUHAMMAD (born in 1995, Tajik nationality, residing at alley 243, Van Cao Street, Hai An Ward, Hai Phong), was traveling from the Dang Kinh – Ngo Gia Tu intersection towards the Le Hong Phong – Ngo Gia Tu – Bui Vien roundabout when it collided with a motorcycle with license plate 15AB-179.91, driven by Tran Van Chien (born in 1985, residing at Team 7, Mai Dong Hamlet, Tan An Commune, Hai Phong), who was traveling from the Le Hong Phong – Ngo Gia Tu – Bui Vien roundabout towards Dang Kinh Street and was turning into the opposite lane.

As a result, both motorcyclists were injured and taken to Viet Tiep Friendship Hospital in Hai Phong for emergency treatment; both vehicles were damaged.

To assist in the investigation, the Traffic Police Department (Hai Phong City Police) requests that media outlets, units, localities, organizations, and individuals who have witnessed or know about traffic accidents, or who have images or videos recording the events, provide information to the Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 (Traffic Police Department, Hai Phong City Police) to assist in the collection of documents and evidence. The Traffic Police Department commits to ensuring the confidentiality of information as requested by the informant.
