Suspending operations of many establishments violating fire prevention and fighting regulations

(QNO) - Quang Nam Provincial Police announced the temporary suspension and suspension of 6 establishments and facility categories that violated regulations on fire prevention and fighting (PCCC) and rescue (CNCH).

Recently, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police inspected fire prevention and rescue safety at facilities under its management. Through inspection, a number of facilities were found to have particularly serious violations of fire prevention and rescue regulations.

The Department has decided to temporarily suspend and suspend 6 facilities and items belonging to the facilities according to Decree 136 detailing a number of articles and measures for implementing the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting. However, up to now, the suspended and temporarily suspended facilities have not yet overcome their shortcomings and limitations, so they have not been restored to operation according to regulations.

The facilities suspended from operation include: The factory producing rattan and bamboo and industrial plywood for export managed and used by Duc Gia Khang Joint Stock Company (Dai Loc); the solar power system installed on the roof of Quang Nam Academy International Bilingual School under ABC Education Investment Company Limited (Tam Ky City); the first and fourth floors of Panko Plaza Commercial Center under Panko E&D Company Limited (Tam Ky City).

Temporarily suspend operations of the following items: warehouse and motel inside Vinh Hanh Gas Station belonging to Vinh Hanh Trading and Service Company Limited (Thang Binh); office space for rent at Huong An Gas Station belonging to Que Son Trading Joint Stock Company (Que Son); electric bicycle and kitchen equipment display area, product display and trading area of Nui Thanh Green Electronics Store (Nui Thanh).

In addition, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department also decided to restore operations for 4 facilities and items of facilities that have corrected violations of fire prevention and fighting regulations, including: rooftop solar power system at the Cement Color Tile Factory of E&A Production, Trade and Service Company Limited (Dien Ban); items of Quang Nam Ethanol Factory of Quang Nam Ethanol Production Joint Stock Company (Dai Loc); Trieu Phu Karaoke Business Facility (Hoi An); rooftop solar power system (phase 2) at the Quang Nam MDF Wood Processing Factory and 4 plywood factories phase 1 of Quang Nam Industrial Wood Joint Stock Company (Hiep Duc).
