According to the ATP rankings announced on January 29, Djokovic reached 410 weeks at the top of the men's singles rankings, officially leaving Federer 100 weeks behind.

It is worth noting that when Roger Federer reached his 310th week as world number one in 2018, Djokovic had only been number one for 223 weeks.
Currently, Nole is only behind Federer in terms of consecutive weeks at the top. The Swiss tennis player holds this record with 237 consecutive weeks at the top (from February 2, 2004 to August 17, 2008), Djokovic is behind with 122 weeks (from July 7, 2014 to November 6, 2016).
Djokovic also holds the record of ending the year as world number one eight times, more than second-placed Peter Sampras (twice), and more than Jimmy Connors, Federer, and Rafael Nadal (three times).
Novak Djokovic lost to Sinner in the semi-finals of the 2024 Australian Open and was unable to defend his title in Australia. The Serbian still holds the record of 24 Grand Slam titles and Nole's target is Roland Garros next May.
