On the afternoon of July 15, in Dong Hoi ward, the Delegation of the provincial Party agencies held an Executive Committee meeting (expanded) to evaluate the results achieved since its establishment (March 2025) to date; announce the decision to establish the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Quang Tri provincial Party agencies; transfer the organization and members of the union.

Since its establishment, the Youth Union and youth movements of the Youth Union of the provincial Party agencies have achieved many outstanding results. The grassroots youth organizations have proactively and extensively implemented political and ideological education activities, fostering revolutionary ideals for youth union members, such as: Offering incense at red addresses, journey to the source. Many exciting and meaningful emulation movements have been launched and effectively implemented, such as: Creative Youth, Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign 2025, volunteer activities for the community, social security... From March 2025 to now, the whole bloc has carried out 10 projects and tasks contributing to the construction of new rural areas; presented more than 500 gifts to families in difficult circumstances in the province. Youth union members have also actively promoted their pioneering and creative roles, excellently completed their professional tasks, contributing to building a strong Party organization.

At the conference, representatives of grassroots youth organizations discussed and clarified the results achieved in the past time; at the same time, pointed out the shortcomings, limitations and difficulties in the work of the Youth Union and youth movements, and proposed directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.

The conference also announced the Decision to establish the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Tri Provincial Party agencies; at the same time, transferred 7 grassroots youth organizations with 229 members under the Youth Union of the Provincial Party agencies to the Youth Union of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee and the Youth Union of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee.
