Exactly 80 years ago (September 2, 1945), at the historic Ba Dinh Square, President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam), opening a new era for the Vietnamese people. After that glorious historical journey, the heroic spirit of the 1945 revolutionary autumn still holds its value, urging the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army to continue to compete in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style; promoting the tradition of patriotism, the spirit of solidarity, the will to self-reliance, and self-improvement, striving to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Congress and prepare for the 14th National Party Congress, bringing the country into a new era.
