To commemorate the 79th anniversary of the first general election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly (January 6, 1946 - January 6, 2025), on the morning of January 2, the delegation of the National Assembly of Nghe An province visited the Kim Lien National Special Historical Site in Nam Dan district to lay flowers and offer incense in remembrance of President Ho Chi Minh .

Attending the ceremony were: Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Ms. Thai Thi An Chung - Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province; Mr. Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

In his intellectual legacy, he consistently expressed his views on a free and democratic electoral system. The victory of the first general election of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam on January 6, 1946, affirmed the wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh.
