According to the Provincial People's Committee report, as of September 2023, 80 resolutions of the Provincial People's Council were still in effect for more than 12 months. The implementation of these resolutions was carried out seriously, promptly, and effectively, contributing to the province's socio -economic development. However, some resolutions of the Provincial People's Council have encountered shortcomings, limitations, and obstacles during implementation.

To effectively implement the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council, in the coming period, the Provincial People's Committee will focus on reviewing and evaluating the results of implementing policies issued by the Provincial People's Council to promptly identify difficulties and obstacles, propose effective solutions in accordance with the law and the practical situation, ensuring a full legal basis and policy mechanisms to serve the development of industries and sectors. The province will strengthen inspection, supervision, preliminary review, and guidance on the implementation process, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of organizations and individuals in implementing policies issued by the Provincial People's Council.
Concluding the monitoring session, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the efforts of the Provincial People's Committee in seriously and promptly implementing the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council to manage the socio-economic development tasks of the province. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct departments and agencies to review all resolutions issued by the Provincial People's Council; proactively advise on state management, ensuring that all resolutions are concretized and implemented; strengthen the dissemination of policies to beneficiaries; and ensure the protection of the interests of the people, businesses, and beneficiaries according to policies issued by the Provincial People's Council. At the same time, he directed departments and agencies, based on central regulations and local realities, to proactively advise and propose amendments and additions to resolutions that are still inadequate or problematic, so that the resolutions can be implemented effectively, put into practice, and serve the socio-economic development tasks of the province.
