The Provincial People's Council's supervision delegation worked with the Provincial People's Committee

On November 28, the Supervisory Delegation of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee, headed by Mr. Tran Minh Luc, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, had a working session with the Provincial People's Committee on the results of the implementation of a number of resolutions of the Provincial People's Council that are still legally effective. Mr. Phan Tan Canh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, received the delegation.

According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, as of September 2023, there are 80 Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council that are still in effect for more than 12 months. The implementation of the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council is serious, timely, and effective, contributing to the implementation of the socio -economic development tasks of the province. However, some Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council have arisen with problems, limitations, and obstacles during the implementation process.

In order to effectively implement the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council, in the coming time, the Provincial People's Committee will focus on reviewing and evaluating the implementation results of the policies issued by the Provincial People's Council to promptly detect difficulties and obstacles, propose effective solutions, in accordance with legal regulations and in accordance with the practical situation, ensuring a full legal basis, policy mechanisms to serve the development of the sector and field. Strengthen inspection, examination, review, and guidance on the implementation process, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of organizations and individuals in implementing policies issued by the Provincial People's Council.

In his concluding remarks at the supervision session, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the efforts of the Provincial People's Committee in seriously and promptly implementing the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council to direct the implementation of the socio-economic development tasks of the province. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct departments and branches to review all the Resolutions issued by the Provincial People's Council; proactively advise on state management work, ensure that the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council are implemented in detail, strengthen the propaganda of policies to beneficiaries, ensure and protect the interests of people, businesses, and beneficiaries according to the policies issued by the Provincial People's Council; at the same time, direct departments and branches based on central regulations and local practices to proactively advise, propose amendments and supplements to the content of the Resolutions that are still inadequate and problematic so that the Resolutions can be implemented feasibly, put into practice, and serve the socio-economic development tasks of the province.
