On October 1, comrade Nguyen Duy Bac, Permanent Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics , Deputy Head of Inspection Team No. 1352 of the Politburo , and the working delegation worked with the Party Delegation of the People's Council of Son La province on the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

At the meeting, comrade Nguyen Thai Hung reported on the results of self-inspection of the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. Since the beginning of the term, the Party Delegation of the Provincial People's Council has focused on directing the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council to seriously and effectively implement the resolutions, directives, conclusions and directive documents of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee; directing the activities of the Committees of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Council deputies according to the plan and requirements of the Party Committee to ensure progress, quality and completion of the programs and tasks set out. Focusing on directing the successful organization of the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2021-2026 term in the province; after the election, the local government apparatus for the 2021-2026 term has been completed to ensure structure, standards, quality and compliance with regulations.
The leaders organized regular meetings and meetings to resolve unexpected issues of the Provincial People's Council; the content and agenda of the meetings were innovated. The resolutions issued by the Provincial People's Council were close, correct, and consistent with the local situation and legal regulations, contributing significantly to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and implementing the political tasks of the province...
The inspection team requested further clarification of the monitoring contents in the fields of land, resources and environment, implementation of ethnic policies, and implementation of inspection and supervision work of the Provincial People's Council...
Speaking at the meeting, comrade Lo Minh Hung reported to clarify the contents and issues that the province is facing difficulties related to land, project implementation; personnel work; difficulties in implementing the Law on Organization of Local Government... At the same time, he accepted the comments of the Inspection Team and completed the report in accordance with regulations.
Concluding the meeting, comrade Nguyen Duy Bac highly appreciated the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress of the Party of Son La Provincial People's Council, and the good performance of its tasks and functions.
