The latest financial report shows that the Catalan giant's revenue has increased significantly thanks to player trading, performance bonuses and many other aspects.

At the start of the season, the Camp Nou team set a target of 22 million euros from player sales and loans, 59 million euros lower than last season. However, the actual figure has exceeded the expected plan. The successful liquidation of Julian Araujo, Mika Faye and Marc Guiu brought in around 23 million euros for Barcelona.

Vitor Roque joined Palmeiras for 25.5 million euros, helping Barcelona recover a significant amount of capital. In addition, Unai Hernandez joined Al-Ittihad, helping coach Hansi Flick and his team pocket an additional 4.5 million euros.

Barcelona also benefit from former players joining other clubs, notably Nico Gonzalez, who left Porto to join Manchester City, earning Barcelona an additional €10.5 million in commission from the deal he signed with Porto.

Similarly, Barcelona are expected to earn an additional €8.5m if West Ham activate their option to buy Jean-Clair Todibo from Nice for €42m. In total, the Catalan club could earn around €23m more than they originally planned.

Barcelona’s impressive performance in the Champions League has also helped the team increase its revenue significantly. Reaching the semi-finals of the tournament has brought Barcelona an additional 15 million euros. In addition, revenue from ticket sales for the second leg of the quarter-final against Inter Milan (more than 50,000 spectators at the Olímpic Stadium) and television copyright will also help Barca pocket a significant amount of money.

If they reach the final, they will earn an additional 18.5 million euros from UEFA. If they win the championship, this figure will increase by 6.5 million euros.

In addition, Barcelona also had a surprise income this season when they decided to sell 475 VIP seats at the future Camp Nou stadium to two companies for 100 million euros.

Barcelona are on the verge of a treble this season thanks to their explosive performances in all competitions. Many positive signs have emerged after years of financial crisis for the Catalan club.
