According to the Da Nang Statistics Department, in the first four months of 2024, revenue from accommodation and food services in the city was estimated at VND 8,403 billion, an increase of 23.2% compared to the same period in 2023. Of this, accommodation revenue was estimated at VND 3,148 billion, an increase of over 48%; and food and beverage revenue was estimated at VND 5,255 billion, an increase of nearly 12%.

The total number of overnight visitors in the first four months is estimated at over 2.7 million, an increase of nearly 25% compared to the same period in 2023. Of these, international visitors accounted for 957,000, an increase of nearly 21%; and domestic visitors exceeded 1.8 million, an increase of 27.3%.

Also during the first four months of the year, revenue from tourism services in Da Nang reached VND 2,226 billion, an increase of 98.5% compared to the same period in 2023. The number of tourists on tours served by travel agencies reached 367,000, an increase of 14.2%. Of these, international tourists increased by 85.3% and domestic tourists decreased by 12.6% compared to the same period last year.
