The Ca Mau Canoeing Team won 10 national medals.

From November 1st to 6th, the 2025 National Canoeing Cup Championship for strong teams will take place at the Hai Phong Canoeing Training Area (Bach Dang Ward, Hai Phong City).

• Ca Mau wins 5 medals at the 2025 National Bodybuilding Championship.
• Ca Mau wins 7 medals at the National Youth Athletics Championships.
• Ca Mau wins 13 medals at the 2025 National Jujitsu Championship.

The competition, jointly organized by the Vietnam Department of Physical Education and Sports , the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong City, and the Vietnam Rowing Federation, brought together nearly 300 athletes from 18 provinces, cities, and sectors nationwide.

The K4 men's rowing team from Ca Mau, 200m race (podium number 1), proudly received the Gold Medal.

The Ca Mau delegation participated in the competition with 1 team leader, 1 coach, and 17 athletes, all well-prepared in terms of physical fitness and technique. On the very first day of competition, the men's K4 rowing team (200m), consisting of athletes Phan Van Loc, Le Ngan Luong, Ly Van Nhan, and Truong Minh Thien, excellently won the first gold medal. In the men's C4 rowing event (200m), athletes Tran Thanh, Pham Minh Hieu, Danh Dien, and Ta Minh Dac Uynh continued to bring home the second gold medal for the delegation.

The Ca Mau C4 men's rowing team, 200m race (podium 1), excellently won their second Gold Medal.

After 6 days of intense competition against strong teams such as Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City, Quang Ninh, Hanoi, Ninh Binh, and Ca Mau, they excellently ranked 5th overall, with 10 medals (3 gold, 3 silver, and 4 bronze).

Mr. Trang Ky Tran, Head of the Sports Delegation - Ca Mau Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center, said: “Overall, in the two competitions - the National U19 and U23 Rowing Championship and the National Canoeing Cup Championship for Strong Teams in 2025, the Ca Mau delegation won a total of 18 medals (7 gold, 7 silver, and 4 bronze) and was ranked 5th nationwide twice by the Organizing Committee. This achievement is a source of pride and a meaningful gift to celebrate the success of the First Congress of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.”
