According to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, in recent years, Party committees and authorities have coordinated with the Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations at all levels to do a good job of propagating and mobilizing union members, association members and people of all walks of life to implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws on mass mobilization in the new situation, focusing on the grassroots and residential areas, suitable for each target group.

The political system has paid attention to implementing the regulations on mass mobilization work well; creatively applying the implementation of the mass mobilization motto in leadership, direction, administration and concretizing it appropriately to the functions and tasks of the sector and unit. Mass mobilization work of State agencies and implementation of democracy at the grassroots level has received attention, especially the application of digital transformation in handling administrative procedures related to people and businesses. Rural appearance is increasingly improving

The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots, promoting the role of supervision, social criticism, and participating in giving opinions on Party and government building. Every year, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations issue inspection and supervision plans and organize their implementation in accordance with the actual situation. The fields and contents of supervision focus on resolving urgent issues, responding well to the legitimate and reasonable requests and aspirations of union members, association members and the people. Many opinions and recommendations after supervision are received, responded to and resolved by authorities at all levels, contributing to protecting the legitimate and reasonable rights and interests of the people, promoting democracy in the work of participating in building an increasingly clean and strong Party and government.

The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the province are interested in promoting the people's effective implementation of patriotic emulation movements, campaigns launched by the Central and the province. Typical examples include: the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee with the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; the Farmers' Association with the movement "Farmers compete in good production and business"; the Veterans' Association with the movement "Exemplary Veterans"; the Women's Union with the campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's"...

The mass mobilization system at all levels always attaches importance to ensuring social security, gradually improving the material and spiritual life of the people. All levels and sectors build a fairly synchronous social security system, especially policies on job creation, ensuring minimum income for people; providing basic social services in health, education , preferential policies for people with meritorious services. At the same time, effectively implement programs, projects, and policies to help and support ethnic minorities, poor households, near-poor households, and those in difficult circumstances. In particular, pay attention to legal aid, upgrading facilities and equipment for cultural institutions in mountainous communes, remote areas, and ethnic minority areas...

The emulation movement of skillful mass mobilization has created a clear change in the awareness of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and armed forces about the position, role, and importance of mass mobilization work in the new situation.
