In recent times, Party committees and authorities at all levels in the province have focused on leading and directing the effective implementation of mass mobilization work in the political system at all levels, with strong innovation in content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots. Thereby, strengthening the great national unity bloc, arousing the aspirations of the people to rise up, and promoting socio-economic development.

According to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, in recent years, Party committees and authorities have coordinated with the Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations at all levels to do a good job of propagating and mobilizing union members, association members and people of all walks of life to implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws on mass mobilization work in the new situation, focusing on grassroots and residential areas, suitable for each target group.

The political system has paid attention to implementing well the regulations on mass mobilization work; creatively applying the implementation of the mass mobilization motto in leadership, direction, administration and concretizing it appropriately to the functions and tasks of the sector and unit. Mass mobilization work of State agencies and implementation of democracy at the grassroots level have received attention, especially the application of digital transformation in handling administrative procedures related to people and businesses. Digital transformation models in propaganda work, providing information to the people in a timely and accurate manner.

Rural appearance is increasingly prosperous

The Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots, promoting the role of supervision, social criticism, and participating in giving opinions to build the Party and the government. Every year, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations issue inspection and supervision plans and organize their implementation in accordance with the actual situation. The fields and contents of supervision focus on resolving urgent issues, meeting the legitimate and reasonable requirements and aspirations of union members, association members and the people. Many opinions and recommendations after supervision are received, responded to and resolved by authorities at all levels, contributing to protecting the legitimate and reasonable rights and interests of the people, promoting democracy in the work of participating in building the Party and the government to be increasingly clean and strong.

The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the province are interested in promoting the people to effectively implement patriotic emulation movements, campaigns launched by the Central and the province. Typical examples include: the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee with the campaign for the whole people to unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas; the Farmers' Association with the movement for Farmers to compete in good production and business; the Veterans' Association with the movement for Exemplary Veterans; the Women's Union with the campaign for Building a family of 5 no's and 3 clean's...

The mass mobilization system at all levels always attaches importance to ensuring social security, gradually improving the material and spiritual life of the people. All levels and sectors build a fairly synchronous social security system, especially policies on job creation, ensuring minimum income for people; providing basic social services in health,education , preferential policies for people with meritorious services. At the same time, effectively implement programs, projects, and policies to help and support ethnic minorities, poor households, near-poor households, and those in difficult circumstances. In particular, pay attention to legal aid, upgrading facilities and equipment for cultural institutions in mountainous communes, remote areas, and ethnic minority areas...

The emulation movement of skillful mass mobilization has created a clear change in the awareness of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and armed forces about the position, role, and importance of mass mobilization work in the new situation.
