On the morning of April 22, comrade Ta Duc Tuyen, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Tuyen Quang City Party Committee, visited, wished good health and presented gifts to the families of Dien Bien soldiers, Mr. Nguyen Van Dac, 93 years old, group 9 and Mr. Phung Hung, 94 years old, group 7, Y La ward (Tuyen Quang City). Secretary of the City Party Committee Ta Duc Tuyen expressed his gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of Dien Bien soldiers in the resistance war against French colonialism, contributing with our army and people to the historic victory that "resounded throughout the five continents and shook the world".

Secretary of the City Party Committee Ta Duc Tuyen presented a gift to Mr. Phung Hung.
