Comrade Bui Hai Binh holds the position of Secretary of Muong Lay Town Party Committee

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong and provincial leaders presented the decision and congratulated comrade Bui Hai Binh.

According to Decision 4860-QD/TU, dated July 5, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the rotation of cadres, comrade Bui Hai Binh ceased to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the District Party Standing Committee, ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien district for the 2021-2026 term; rotated and appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Town Party Standing Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Muong Lay Town Party Committee, for the 2020-2025 term, from July 15, 2024.

Presenting the decision and congratulating the new Secretary of the Muong Lay Town Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Quoc Cuong assigned the task to comrade Bui Hai Binh in his new position to continue to strive, constantly train, promote the spirit of learning, stay close to the grassroots, quickly absorb the experience of predecessors, and approach the work. Promoting the spirit of solidarity and unity in the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Town Party Committee led the excellent completion of the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Town Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term. The Provincial Party Committee Secretary requested the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, departments and branches to pay attention to helping the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Muong Lay Town Party Committee and comrade Bui Hai Binh to successfully complete their tasks.

In his acceptance speech, comrade Bui Hai Binh thanked the leaders at all levels for their trust and confidence. Being assigned to work in a new position is both an honor and a great responsibility assigned by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Comrade Bui Hai Binh promised to take full responsibility with the Standing Committee and the Town Party Committee to inherit and promote the achievements of the previous generation, and strive to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
