Comrade Hoang Duy Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Bac Kan province, was elected to the National Assembly Standing Committee.

According to the announcement of the Secretary General of the National Assembly, on the afternoon of June 25, the National Assembly voted to approve the list to elect a member of the Standing Committee of the 15th National Assembly for comrade Hoang Duy Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Bac Kan province by electronic voting. As a result, 437 delegates participated in the vote; of which, 436 delegates approved, and 01 delegate did not vote. Also elected to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on this occasion was comrade Lam Van Man, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Soc Trang province.

Comrade Hoang Duy Chinh was born in 1968; Tay ethnic group, hometown Nam Cuong commune, Cho Don district, Bac Kan province; political theory qualification: Senior; professional qualification: Master of Law. He has held many positions in Bac Kan province such as: Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Secretary of the Na Ri District Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. From October 2015 to April 2019, he was Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 14th National Assembly Delegation of Bac Kan province. From May 2019 to October 2020, he held the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 14th National Assembly Delegation of Bac Kan province. From November 2020 to December 2020, he was Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 14th National Assembly Delegation, Secretary of the Military Party Committee of Bac Kan Province. From January 2021 to present, he is a member of the 13th Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 14th National Assembly Delegation, Secretary of the Military Party Committee of Bac Kan Province./.
