On the afternoon of September 29, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee and the National Assembly Standing Committee held a conference to review and decide on personnel work.

Specifically, based on the Law on Organization of the National Assembly and relevant legal provisions; based on the opinions of competent agencies; based on the Submission of the Secretary General of the National Assembly - Head of the Office of the National Assembly and the Submission of the Standing Committee of the Delegation Affairs Committee of the 15th National Assembly, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly passed a Resolution on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Le Quang Manh, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the National Assembly, member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Permanent Deputy Head of the Economic and Financial Committee of the National Assembly to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Head of the Office of the National Assembly; assigning direction and management of the activities of the Office of the National Assembly, performing the tasks of the Secretary General of the National Assembly - Head of the Office of the National Assembly until the position of Secretary General of the National Assembly - Head of the Office of the National Assembly is completed.

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the National Assembly and relevant legal provisions; pursuant to the opinions of competent agencies; pursuant to the Submission of the Standing Committee of the Delegation Affairs Committee of the 15th National Assembly, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly issued a Resolution on the transfer and approval of Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Delegation Affairs Committee of the 15th National Assembly.

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the National Assembly and relevant legal provisions, and based on the opinions of competent authorities, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly agrees to allow Mr. Le Quang Huy, member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Chairman of the Committee on Science , Technology and Environment of the 15th National Assembly, to retire from work from October 1, 2025 according to his personal wishes.

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the National Assembly and relevant legal provisions, and based on the opinions of competent authorities, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly assigned Mr. Le Minh Hoan, member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, to be in charge of, direct and operate the activities of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment of the 15th National Assembly until the position of Chairman of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment of the 15th National Assembly is completed.
