Comrades: Ho Van Nien, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Rah Lan Chung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the Conference.
Attending the conference on the Central side were comrades: Bui Quang Huy, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union ; Phan Thang An, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee; representatives of the leaders of Local Department 2, the Central Organizing Committee; representatives of a number of agencies advising and assisting the Central Committee and leaders of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
At the conference, comrade Nguyen Ngoc Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of Localities II, Central Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 1639-QDNS/TW of the Secretariat on the transfer and appointment of the position of Deputy Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Accordingly, the Secretariat decided to appoint comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luong, Standing Secretary of the Central Youth Union, to cease participating in the Executive Committee, the Secretariat and cease holding the position of Standing Secretary of the Central Youth Union for the 2022-2027 term; to transfer and appoint to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Presenting the decision on assignment and assignment and delivering the speech on assignment, comrade Phan Thang An emphasized: Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luong is a well-trained cadre, has worked for more than 20 years at the Central Youth Union and has undertaken many different tasks. The decision of the Central Party Secretariat to assign comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luong to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term is a recognition and high appreciation of the Secretariat for comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luong personally in performing his assigned tasks in the past time.
Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Phan Thang An suggested that Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luong continue to promote his mettle, qualities, intelligence, experience, working capacity, especially the youth and enthusiasm of the Youth Union, quickly grasp the situation and new tasks, strive to fulfill assigned duties and tasks, always promote democracy, maintain solidarity and unity, together with the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee to consider and decide on important issues of the province. He hoped that the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee would continue to promote its tradition, mettle, intelligence, solidarity, unanimity, join hands in action, strive, constantly innovate and be creative, build Gia Lai to develop more and more, successfully implement the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term and the following terms; at the same time, create favorable conditions to help Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luong fulfill assigned tasks well.

Speaking at the Conference, Gia Lai Provincial Party Secretary Ho Van Nien congratulated comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luong for being trusted and assigned by the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee. He hoped that comrades in the Central Organizing Committee and central agencies would continue to pay more attention to all aspects of the province's work. He requested comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luong to continue to promote his capacity and expertise, promptly approach and grasp the practical situation of the locality to quickly implement tasks with the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to meet practical requirements.
The Gia Lai Provincial Party Secretary requested that comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee and leaders of agencies, departments, branches and localities continue to pay attention and coordinate so that comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luong can successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Speaking at the ceremony, the newly appointed Deputy Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee, Nguyen Ngoc Luong, expressed his sincere and deep gratitude to the Secretariat and the leaders of the Party and State for their attention and trust in assigning him to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee. The newly appointed Deputy Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee determined that this was both an honor and a great responsibility. He hoped to always receive the companionship and support of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, Party committees at all levels, authorities, cadres, party members and people in the province to successfully complete the assigned tasks, contributing to building the homeland of Gia Lai increasingly prosperous./.
