In the first quarter of 2025, closely following the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, and with a proactive and decisive spirit, the Dong Giang District Party Committee focused on leading and directing all levels and sectors to build and implement comprehensive work programs and plans, achieving comprehensive results in all fields.

Specifically, the value of industrial and construction production is estimated at 507 billion VND, reaching 26.6% of the plan; the value of service production is estimated at 212 billion VND, reaching 27.6% of the plan; and total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue reached over 29% of the plan. State budget revenue exceeded 191 billion VND, reaching 27.4% of the plan, an increase of 3.2% compared to the same period last year.

In the first quarter, Dong Giang district admitted 11 new party members, achieving 39.2% of the plan. The district awarded Party Badges to 22 party members and expelled 2 members from the Party.

Dong Giang District is focusing its leadership and direction with the highest determination to implement the restructuring and streamlining of the political system's organizational structure in accordance with Conclusions No. 126 and 127 of the Politburo.

Focus on disseminating information, thoroughly understanding, and creating high consensus and unity among cadres, Party members, civil servants, employees, and all strata of the people, especially leading cadres and heads of agencies, units, and localities, in implementing the policy of restructuring and streamlining the organizational apparatus of the political system.

The conference adopted the preliminary report on the three-year implementation of Resolution No. 22 dated July 13, 2022, of the District Party Committee on focusing leadership on sustainable poverty reduction in Dong Giang district for the period 2022-2025; and approved the General Planning Project for the construction of Ka Dang, Tu, and Ta Lu communes (scale 1/10,000) for the period up to 2030 and with a vision to 2040.
