At the conference, the Office of the Hoa Dien Commune Party Committee approved the draft report summarizing the implementation of the Congress resolution for the 2020-2025 term and the direction and tasks for the 2025-2030 term; the draft review report of the Commune Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
The document drafting committee acknowledged and accepted the delegates' comments on the draft document and the executive committee's review report. The comments focused on a comprehensive assessment of the socio -economic achievements of Hoa Dien commune during the 2020-2025 term.
Delegates also pointed out limitations, shortcomings, causes and lessons learned, thereby proposing goals, tasks and solutions for the coming period such as focusing on implementing breakthroughs in economic development; applying high technology to sustainable green agricultural production; investing in building infrastructure to serve the construction of advanced new rural areas, aiming for communes to achieve model new rural areas; improving the quality of public service of cadres and civil servants, associated with enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of state management; promoting administrative reform; digital transformation...
Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Hoa Dien Commune Party Committee Le Thanh Huong, on behalf of the Party Committee Standing Committee, acknowledged the delegates' opinions; at the same time, assigned the document subcommittee to absorb, edit and complete the draft, ensuring consistency between the term summary report, the review report of the executive committee and the attached appendices...
